INDOOR ARENA --66' wide x 195' long, wonderful footing, lights, mirrors, and fans for summer! It is connected directly to the Main Stable and is a short walk from other stabling.
OUTDOOR ARENAS -- 2 outdoor riding areas, both with fences available.
MAIN STABLE -- *Seven 12'x12' matted stalls, 6 with adjoining paddocks, wide aisles *Heated/air-conditioned Boarder Tack Room with bathroom, washer/dryer, refrigerator, large sink, and tack-cleaning area *Lesson/Student Tack Room *Boarder Storage Room for all those things that don't need to clutter the Tack Room *Matted wash stall with hot/cold water, and fans for summer *Matted grooming stall for farrier work and veterinary procedures--fans and the horse vacuum live there! OTHER STABLING -- Area #1 has a run-in shed divided into one HUGE and three large stalls which open directly to turnout. Area #2 has one HUGE and one pony stall located at the end of the Hay Barn. PASTURES -- 6 separate turnout areas (two of them double as riding areas when not occupied with horses) - 4-strand 2" electric tape fencing - Water and salt are always available, hay as needed.
